Belt pulley, Crankshaft QE Quality

Service instructions:
Torque when installing the vibration damper:
(Replace all nuts )
The 4 screws to the timing belt:
Level 1: 20 Nm
Level 2: 90 ° turning angle

Center screw:
Level 1: 160 Nm
Level 2: 180 ° rotation angle (can be done in stages)

First, tighten the center screw, then the 4 connection screws!
The screws should not be lubricated!
Contact surfaces must be absolutely flat and clean!
