Clutch kit

Service instructions:
At Volvo , there are special tools for installing the clutch that should be used. This will prevent the vibrating of the clutch. (OEM# 9995662, OEM# 9995663). When installing the clutch without these tools you risk the possibility of the clutch shuddering. A complaint is excluded in this case.

Clutch plates for dual mass flywheels usually have no shock absorbers. Therefore, you can very easily bend them with careless installation. The disc is then no longer flat, and wobbles. The clutch may not work properly. It is therefore very important to install the assembly straight!
